Fitness Testing (Pacer, Bulldog Mile, push-up, sit-up, flexed arm hang, wall-sit)
Workout of the Week (cross fit type workouts using body weight)
Fitness Blender
Choice Days
Weight Room (7th and 8th)
Rock Climbing Wall
Net Sports (Volleyball, Pickle Ball, Badminton)
Team Sports (Basketball, Football, Soccer, Kickball, Ultimate Frisbee, Tchoukball)
Group Activities (speedball, capture the flag, sudden death soccer, crazy kickball, titanic, pirate)
 
*When the weather is cooperating WE WILL BE going outside.  Please plan accordingly for shoes and clothing.
